Main provisions

Our obligations
  • Provide services in accordance with the SLA
  • Provide technical support
  • Not to share your data with third parties
  • Solve critical service issues within 2 hours from the moment of the incident
  • Not to increase the cost of standard fares by more than 20% per year. We do not plan to raise prices in 2021 and 2022 and are committed to long-term cooperation
What are you allowed to do?
  • Use the API according to the documentation
  • Make Textgears services available to users of your or any other service
  • Sell or resell Textgears services
  • Request a refund within 30 days from the moment of the first payment
What is strictly prohibited?
  • To use the API to store information that violates the law
  • To copy functionality of the website or the user interface
  • To use the API in any way that is not described in the documentation
